These terms govern your use of Launch (“Launch,” “we,” “us”), operated by Jtek, including its email and SMS messaging program. By registering for an event or guide through a Launch page, you agree to these terms.

Messaging program

Program name:Launch — event reminders & content delivery.

When you register and provide your contact details, you agree to receive transactional messages about the specific webinar or guide you signed up for. If you provide a mobile number, these may include SMS such as a confirmation, a reminder before the event, a link when it goes live, and delivery of any guide you requested.

• Message frequency varies by event — typically a confirmation plus a few reminders per event.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• For help, reply HELP. You can also email jesse@jtek.pro.
• To opt out, reply STOPat any time. You'll receive one confirmation and then no further texts; reply START to opt back in.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use (members)

If you use Launch to host events and send messages, you are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your registrants, for the content of your messages, and for complying with applicable laws (including TCPA and CTIA guidelines) and carrier requirements. You may not use Launch to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited messages.

Disclaimer

Launch is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; we'll revise the “last updated” date above when we do.
