Launch (“Launch,” “we,” “us”), operated by Jtek, provides hosted registration pages and automated email and SMS reminders for webinars and downloadable guides. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email jesse@jtek.pro.

Information we collect

• From people who register on a Launch landing page: your name, email address, an optional mobile phone number, and any answers to optional questions the host adds.
• From members who create a Launch account: name, email, and profile details you provide.
• Basic usage data, such as landing-page views, used to give hosts simple analytics.

How we use your information

• To send the confirmations, reminders, and requested content for the specific webinar or guide you registered for — by email and, if you provided a mobile number, by SMS.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.

SMS specifically: if you provide a mobile number, we use it only to text you about the event or content you signed up for (for example, a reminder before a webinar, a link when it goes live, or delivery of a guide). Message frequency varies by event. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. No mobile information or SMS opt-in consent is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share data only with the service providers that help us run Launch — for example Twilio (SMS), Resend (email), and Supabase and Vercel (hosting and data storage) — and only so they can perform those services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data retention & security

We keep registration and account information for as long as needed to provide the service and then delete or anonymize it on request. We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards (including encryption in transit and access controls) to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

• SMS: reply STOP to any message to stop texts; reply START to resume.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Access or deletion: email jesse@jtek.pro to access, correct, or delete your information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; we'll revise the “last updated” date above when we do.
